DAILY SUMMER ACTIVITIES BEGIN
AMERICAN PRIDE: JUNE 27 - JULY 5
We are proud to be Americans, and want everyone to show it! Win a free night of camping by having the most creatively decorated campsite. Patriotism is the theme. Judging will be the evening of July 6. All activities will have a patriotic twist.

There will be a taps musical review. Please bring your own instrument.
CHRISTMAS IN JULY: JULY 11 - 12
Tis the season to be jolly! Mrs. Claus will start the weekend off by joining you on a haywagon ride around the campground. This will be your chance to show off your festive site, for there will be a judging Saturday night as to who has the best Christmas decorations in the campground. The prize will be a gift certificate for a free night of camping.

In the Christmas spirit, please bring a $5.00 gift to exchange at our Yankee Swap. To close the weekend off, Mrs. Claus will join the children in a campfire sing-a-long.
EASTER WEEKEND: JULY 18 & 19
Bring your most creative Easter hat and join us in a parade. There will be an egg-decorating contest, an Easter egg hunt, an egg toss, and an all-out search for the mysterious Easter Bunny.
SUMMER OLYMPICS: AUGUST 1 & 2
Opening ceremonies will be on Friday night. There will be a signup for events following the parade. Some of the events are:
  • Horseshoes
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • 50-yard dash
  • Gymnastics
  • Swimming events
All events are subject to participation. There is no age limit (that means you Mom & Dad!). Bring a good attitude, and you'll be sure to be a winner!
HALLOWEEN: AUGUST 15 & 16
Trick or treating in August? Only at the Lantern Resort! Have fun decorating your campsite, and be prepared for scary little campers saying "trick-or-treat." There will be prizes for the most creative site, and scariest costume. We will also be making Halloween crafts; this could get very messy! There will be spooky ghost stories told around the campfire circle. Lastly, Halloween isn't complete without a walk through the "Dead Woods."
SEPTEMBER 5 & 6, 12 & 13, 19 & 20, 26 & 27
Join Johnny Appleseed and have fun learning about some of New Hampshire's traditions. A yummy time will be had by all.
PUMPKIN FESTIVAL: OCTOBER 10, 11, 12
There is frost on the pumpkin and this is a sure sign that it is time to play! We will start out the weekend in search of that perfect pumpkin. Pick a good one, and get ready for pumpkin bowling! Join us to see what else we can do with Mr. Jack O'Lantern.
